The Bosch Rexroth DR6DP2-5X/75YM (R900450964) is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable pressure reduction to a predetermined setting value. This mechanically actuated spool valve is direct-actuated and features a P to A spool symbol, ensuring efficient operation. It is capable of handling a maximum pressure with a robust construction that ensures durability and consistent performance under demanding conditions. The valve boasts multiple ports for versatile connectivity and is suitable for subplate mounting with connection diagrams compliant with NFPA T3.5.1 R2 and ISO standards, ensuring easy integration into various hydraulic systems. The DR6DP2-5X/75YM comes with NBR seals, making it compatible with hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, and HFC. Designed as a 3-way version valve, it allows for the limitation of system pressure by setting the secondary pressure through an adjustment type mechanism.
The initial position keeps the valve open, allowing unrestricted flow from channel P to channel A while maintaining constant pressure levels in channel A through an internal control line that responds to the compression spring's preset value. Additional features include options for a check valve installation to facilitate free flow back from channel A to channel P and a pressure gauge connection for monitoring secondary pressure. The DR6DP2-5X/75YM offers various adjustment types including rotary knob options—some with scales—and threaded pins with hexagon and protective cap for precise control over settings. With its size conforming to CETOP recommendations and designed as part of component series X, this Bosch Rexroth valve can sustain maximum operating pressures up to bar levels while accommodating maximum flow rates measured in liters per minute (l/min), making it an essential component in sophisticated hydraulic systems requiring precise pressure regulation.
