The Bosch Rexroth M-3SEW6U3X/420MG205N9K4 (R900050515) is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve specifically designed for reliable switching of oil flow direction in accordance with its U spool symbol. This direct-actuated seat valve features solenoid actuation, providing precise control over the start, stop, and direction of flow. It includes a concealed manual override and auxiliary actuation for enhanced operational flexibility. The valve is constructed to handle a maximum pressure of 420 bar with an electrical connection via a connector pole PE according to EN standards. This model is equipped with NBR seals and can be used with various hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, and HFC. It conforms to CE and Low Voltage Directive EU regulations as well as CSA approval according to CSA C. No. standards. The valve offers subplate mounting with connection diagrams conforming to NFPA T.. R D Size CETOP D and ISO standards.
Designed for both 4/3 and 4/2 way configurations, the M-3SEW6U3X/420MG205N9K4 boasts an airgap DC solenoid with a detachable coil that can be rotated by 90 degrees and changed without opening the pressure-tight chamber. The solenoid coil allows for individual electrical connections and the possibility of integrating optional auxiliary operating devices such as inductive position switches or contactless proximity sensors. With a size designation of CETOP 03, this component series X valve supports a maximum operating pressure up to 420 bar and can accommodate a maximum flow rate specified by the manufacturer's guidelines.
