Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth R900323180 (ZDR) is a direct operated pressure reducing valve designed for sandwich plate mounting, which offers precise control over system pressure by reducing it in specific circuits. This model features a robust housing, a responsive control spool, and a durable compression spring to maintain consistent secondary circuit pressure. The valve's functionality is adjustable via several methods, including a rotary knob or a sleeve with hexagon and protective cap, among others. The ZDR series valve operates by allowing hydraulic fluid to flow freely from channel A to A when in the initial open position. Pressure exceeding the set value on the compression spring prompts the control spool to shift, maintaining constant pressure levels in channel A. This mechanism is crucial for systems where secondary pressure regulation is necessary for optimal operation. Innovatively designed with internal control signal and pilot oil supply from channel A for version A, and from channel P for versions P and B, this valve ensures efficient operation across different configurations. Version B differs by extracting pilot oil from channel B while still reducing pressure in channel P.
Additionally, this model allows for external leakage oil drainage and has an integrated pressure gauge connection for monitoring purposes. The option of incorporating a check valve enables free flow back from channel A to A in version A. The ZDR series valves come with various features that can be customized according to application needs: porting patterns conforming to ISO standards with optional locating hole; different adjustment types including lockable rotary knobs with or without scales; and corrosion protection designs. It supports maximum operating pressures and flow rates defined by its size and component series specifications, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of hydraulic systems.
