Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth ZDB10VP1-4X/315V (R900402018) is a high-quality pressure relief valve designed for controlling system pressure within hydraulic circuits. This valve is a pilot-operated device in a sandwich plate design, which allows for compact installation and efficient operation. It features one or two pressure valve cartridges housed within a robust housing, ensuring durability and long-term performance. The ZDB10VP1-4X/315V operates by maintaining the system pressure to a predetermined set value. The initial position of the valve is closed, with the spool being acted upon by the pressure in channel A. This pressure is also conveyed to the spring-loaded side of the spool and to the pilot poppet through designated nozzles.
When the pressure exceeds the spring setting, it triggers the pilot poppet to open, allowing hydraulic fluid to flow and consequently reducing pressure by moving the spool, which opens up the connection from A to T TA. This model provides various adjustment types for precise pressure settings, including options such as a rotary knob, sleeve with hexagon and protective cap, lockable rotary knob with scale, or a rotary knob with scale. The valve's design also ensures corrosion protection for longevity in harsh environments. With its porting pattern conforming to ISO standards and available in different sizes and component series, this valve can sustain maximum operating pressures of up to 315 bar and handle maximum flow rates as specified.
