Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth 4WE 10 Y3X/CG24N9K4=CSA (R900245922) is a high-performance directional spool valve designed to control the start, stop, and direction of fluid flow in hydraulic systems. This solenoid-actuated valve comprises a robust housing, up to two electronic solenoids, a control spool, and return springs. The wet-pin electronic solenoids are responsible for moving the control spool from its rest position to the desired end position, thus enabling flow direction changes from ports P to A and B to T or vice versa. With its manual override feature, operators can manually actuate the valve even when the solenoids are not energized. It is crucial for the pressure chamber of the solenoid to be filled with oil to guarantee optimal functionality. The valve includes throttle inserts that can be used in channels P, A, B, or T to increase flow resistance when necessary due to operating conditions.
This model supports configurations without spring return (O) only with symbols A, C, and D for applications that do not require a defined basic position when deenergized. Additionally, there is an option (OF) which includes detents that lock the control spool in place during operation; this allows for energy-efficient operation by reducing continuous current application needs. The Bosch Rexroth 4WE 10 Y3X/CG24N9K4=CSA valve can handle maximum operating pressures up to bar and allows maximum flows of l/min. It features high-power solenoids with porting patterns according to ISO standards. The solenoid coils are rotatable by degrees and detachable for easy maintenance without compromising the pressure chamber's integrity. Furthermore, it offers electrical connections either as individual connections or central connections alongside an optional auxiliary operating device.
