The Bosch Rexroth 4WRZE16W8-150-7X/6EG24N9EK31/A1D3M (R900750127) is a high-performance pilot-operated proportional directional valve designed for controlling the flow direction and size in hydraulic systems. This model is part of the WRZE series, which utilizes proportional solenoids for actuation. The valve features an additional port R only NG, which enhances its functionality. The setup of this Bosch Rexroth valve includes a pilot control valve with proportional solenoids and a main valve with a main control spool and centering spring. When the solenoids are de-energized, the main control spool remains in the central position due to the centering spring. Upon energization, the pilot control valve proportionally moves the main control spool in response to an electric input signal.
This allows precise control over hydraulic flow from P to A and B to T or vice versa, through orifice-type cross-sections that ensure progressive flow characteristics. Pilot oil can be supplied internally via port P or externally through port X, allowing flexibility in system design. Additionally, an optional manual override feature enables manual operation of the control spool without solenoid energization; however, care must be taken as accidental activation may lead to unintended machine movements. This Bosch Rexroth valve is designed for subplate mounting and adheres to ISO porting patterns. It offers integrated electronics (OBE) for seamless operation and comes in various sizes suitable for different applications.
