Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth 4WE6D6X/EG110N9K4/V (R900944594) is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable operation and precise control of oil flow direction in hydraulic systems. This direct-actuated spool valve features a Size 6 CETOP D porting pattern, compatible with ISO standards, and is equipped with a symbol D spool for versatile application across various hydraulic circuits. With its maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and maximum flow rates of DC 80 l/min and AC 60 l/min, this valve is capable of handling demanding tasks. The unit includes two solenoid actuators that enable the valve to switch positions, thereby controlling the start, stop, and direction of the fluid flow. These solenoids are high-power types that can be optionally rotated by 90° for flexible installation. The electrical connection is configurable as either a single or central connection, providing adaptability for different system requirements. An optional auxiliary operating device allows manual operation in the absence of electrical power, while optional spool position monitoring enhances operational safety and feedback.
This model conforms to CE standards according to the Low Voltage Directive EU for electrical voltages greater than 50 VAC or 75 VDC. It also has an option for solenoid coil approval with UR marking according to UL standard edition and CSA C22.2 No. approval. In terms of design, the valve includes one or two electromagnets, a control spool, and return springs (except for specific versions without spring return). The electromagnets facilitate movement of the control spool from its rest position to an actuated position when energized; after de-energization, the control spool returns to its initial position unless it's a version with detent (OF) or without springs (O). Moreover, this Bosch Rexroth valve can accommodate a variety of hydraulic fluids including HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, HETG, HEES, HEPG, HFDU, and HFDR. It also features FKM seals known for their durability and resistance to high temperatures and chemicals.
