Good air permeability and high strength: The filter element adopts highly hydrophobic and oleophobic fiber filter material, and is equipped with a skeleton with good permeability and high strength to reduce the filtration resistance.

Fully automatic operation: In the filter combination, the backwashing process between each unit is carried out alternately, and the working and backwashing states are automatically switched to ensure continuous water discharge and very little water consumption for backwashing.

Precautions for the use of Anvochi filters

Filter element maintenance:
The filter element is the core component of the filter and is a consumable part that requires special maintenance and care.

After the filter has been working for a long time, the filter element intercepts impurities, which will cause pressure to increase and flow to decrease, and needs to be cleaned in time.

The filter element must not be deformed or damaged during cleaning.

The service life of filter elements of different materials is different. It is recommended to replace PP filter elements every three months, and activated carbon filter elements every six months. Fiber filter elements are generally placed at the rear end of PP cotton and activated carbon. Ceramic filter elements can usually be used for 9-12 months.

Installation precautions:
Avoid excessive force during installation to avoid causing the connection between the pressure regulating valve and the cylinder angle valve to be too tight and inconvenient to disassemble.

When the pressure regulating valve and the angle valve are connected in reverse, they should be aligned first, then the handwheel should be rotated counterclockwise, and tightened by hand to avoid air leakage.

Do not disassemble, adjust or repair the pressure regulating valve by yourself. If you find it blocked, you can replace it with a new valve or have it repaired by a professional.

Regularly check whether the connection between the filter pressure regulating valve and the hose is firm and whether there is air leakage.

The small hole on the pressure valve cover is used to maintain the balance of internal and external air pressure. During normal use, the outside should be kept clean to avoid blockage.

Operating environment requirements:
The working pressure range is 2 bar to 16 bar, the medium temperature range is -10°C to +60°C, and the ambient temperature range is -10°C to +60°C.

The medium is compressed air or neutral gas.

Other precautions:
If the valve itself has a pressure gauge, the pressure gauge should be installed on the pipes before and after the valve.

The filter is generally installed on a horizontal pipe, and the bellows pressure reducing valve should be installed upside down.

The installation position should be selected in a vertical direction, and it can be assembled into blocks.
