Description:
1.The Automatic Oil Seal Trimming Machine is specially designed for the fine trimming of rubber oil seal. The machine is equipped with a vibratory conveyor for auto feed, and with a chuck (or vacuum suction cup) to automatically clamp (or suck tight) the oil seal, and then the blades automatically start trimming the oil seal. One worker can operate 5~6 machines simultaneously to cut down the manufacturing cost greatly.
2.The machine is with automatic/semi-automatic/manual operation mode for options, and also has product accumulation function. Two blades can work independently at the same time or one after the other.
3. The workpiece processed by this auto oil seal trimming machine has the advantages of fine appearance, precise size and extremely high concentricity.
The control part adopts programmable controller PLC control, which is stable, efficient, low failure rate, high reliability and convenient maintenance.
The output adopts original imported MOS transistor, circuit insulation, optocoupler isolation, short circuit protection, ensuring reliable operation and long-life service.

It is composed of chassis, headstock, left and right cross tool post, air blowing device, transmission device, air circuit, electric control and other parts.
Pneumatic components (cylinder, solenoid valve, vacuum pressure gauge) adopt Taiwan Airtac original accessories, and transmission device adopts Taiwan Shangyin slider guide.
