Application:
The fiber cord fabric add tension calendering line is used for coating rubber for fiber cord fabric.
The production line includes: Letoff device,Front tension rack,Rear tension rack,cooling traction machine,
rear cloth storage,rear traction machine,wind-up device,etc.
Main tension zone is installed with tension protector for display,and with width expansion and edge expansion device,and 4 sets of motor-set-center devices,ensuring cord fabric smooth without deformation. Electric control adopt PLC and full digital speed adjusting device.
