Hydraulic Rubber Injection Transfer type Molding Machine can produce the most of the products which are produced by Rubber Injection Molding Machine. Rubber transfer molding press is suitable for vulcanizing mold of natural rubber, acrylonitrile rubbers, ethylene-propylene diene copolymer, chloroprene rubber adhesive, solid silicon, is a kind of rubber vulcanizing machine with injection unit but without plasticizing unit, Huayi transfer molding press with below features:

Main features for rubber transfer vulcaning machine:

1.Clamping mold before curing, then press rubber into mold cavities evenly, ensure the finished products with very less flash and well-distributed physical properties ,high qualification rate..

2.Advanced structural design and advanced material handling technology, with minimum gap and not adhering to cylinder.

3.No remaining material in barrel, reduce material waste, convenient material changing and easy replacement of molds, ideal for small scale production.

4.The rubber tansfer molding vulcanizing machine is widely used, it can produce most kinds of of rubber with the max. hardness Shore 90 degrees .Preparing rubber blank is very easy, greatly shortening curing time.

5. With two program mode to achieve a machine for dual-use, it can be used as injection press and also the platen vulcanizing machine,wide applicability.

6. The mold structure is simple, reducing mold manufacturing cost.

7. Optional special mold opening mechanism (3RT, 4RT, track open mode, etc.), rubber preheating system, servo energy-saving system.

Initial state →Program start →Ejector cylinder reset →Mold move in →Fast mold closing →Slow clamping,pressing →Feed material into barrel manually →Exhaust and do curing →mold open →Move out mold →Ejector cylinde works to separate products from mold →Take out the finished product
