CNC Facing&Chamfering Machine for Metal Case/Metal Shell

CNC type Metal Case/Shell Facing&Chamfering Machine:

CNC Facing&Chamfering Machine is suitable for facing or machining & chamfering on metal workpieces, such as oil seal metal case, metal sleeve, metal cup, featuring flexible multi-action processing purposes and high processing precision.

Loading the Metal Workpieces manually in line in the feeding guide→ Metal Workpieces are delivered forward by the Guide → Robot Grip & Feeds Metal Case on the Collet → Automatic Facing or Chamfering by servo motor control→Finished Metal Workpieces are ejected out.

The manipulator and collets are pneumatic control. The main difference between CNC machine and normal pneumatic machne is the tool(blade)control, pneumatic machine can only single action, the blade control of CNC machine is servo system, blade action can be any point control, low speed and high speed control, it has X axis and Z axis by servo motor control,the blade can run arc and other complicated actions.
