Descrition:
The Pelton turbine is widely used in hydropower station with the water heads from 80-1000m.
The Pelton wheel is like a circular disk mounted on the rotating shaft . This circular disk have some buckets, placed at equal spacing around its circumference. Nozzles are arranged around the wheel such that the water jet emerging from a nozzle is tangential to the circumference of the wheel.
Our pelton runner used high strength stainless steel material, with Cast machining or Forge CNC machining, it is have a good profile and high efficiency.
Hydrotu Pelton runner with Forged integrally + Entire CNC machning has already achieved the ace level in the world since the accumulation of the high head runner experience in decades.
the pelton runner adopt integrally forged ( ASTM A 473 S41500 material), guarantee the reliability of the material, then machine shaping by CNC, improve the pelton buckets precision, and shap wave, thus ensure the turbine hydraulic performance and safty running.
our factory have advanced test system, all parts have ultrasonic testing, penetration testing, magnetic testing, radiographic testing, dimension&profile checking by measuring arm, to guarantee our turbine best quality.
