Hydraulic Breaker Seal Kit is one of the key components for sealing the internal hydraulic system of the crushing hammer.
Its main role is to prevent oil leakage while maintaining efficient work in the hydraulic system.
Oil seal is usually located in the sealing cavity between the crushing hammer piston and the cylinder body,which is responsible for preventing the hydraulic oil from leaking between the piston and the cylinder body.
In the design of Hydraulic Breakers, two types of oil seals are often used: one -way oil seal and two -way oil seal. Unidirectional oil seal is mainly used to prevent the leakage of hydraulic oil from the top of the broken hammer. The two -way oil seal can effectively prevent external impurities from entering the hydraulic system while preventing hydraulic oil leakage.
Oil sealing materials are also very critical. Common oil sealing materials include rubber, nylon, polytimonin, etc. Rubber oil seal is widely used because it has good elasticity and wear resistance. Nylon oil seal is excellent in high -pressure and high temperature environments, while polytetrafluoroethylene oil seal is favored with its excellent corrosion resistance.
