The SE-5ZML6 DC is a double cut (cross cut) rotary burr with an extended shank, specifically designed for smooth finishing and controlled material removal on aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous metals. The double cut tooth pattern features two opposing flutes that produce a fine surface finish while minimizing vibration and chatter, making it particularly suitable for mold finishing, edge deburring, and surface smoothing in deep cavity applications. The extended shank provides the reach needed for deep recesses, narrow slots, and internal contours without sacrificing stability or control.
