SF-5ZML6 DC – Double Cut Extended Shank Burr for Smooth Finishing on Soft Metals
The SF-5ZML6 DC is a double cut (cross cut) rotary burr with an extended shank, specifically designed for smooth finishing and controlled material removal on aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous metals. The double cut tooth pattern features two opposing flutes that produce a finer surface finish while reducing vibration and chatter during operation, making it ideal for mold finishing and surface smoothing. The extended shank allows operators to reach deep cavities, narrow slots, and internal contours while maintaining excellent stability and control.
