The SE-3M Diamond Cut Burr is designed for the efficient machining of stainless steel and high-alloy steels. Its unique diamond-interlocking tooth structure creates microscopic cross-hatched chip-breaking points during cutting. This effectively counters the stickiness and toughness of high-alloy materials, fundamentally preventing long chip tangling, built-up edge formation, and the resulting work hardening.

This design provides the cutting edge with extremely high strength and wear resistance while maintaining sharp cutting performance. Each shape is designed for grinding, deburring, chamfering, and finishing on steels under 60 HRC, stainless steels, cast iron and etc.
