SG-3ZML6 DC – Double Cut Extended Shank Carbide Burr for Deburring and Finishing
The SG-3ZML6 DC is a double cut (cross cut) rotary burr with an extended shank, designed for smooth finishing and controlled material removal on harder materials. The double cut tooth pattern features two opposing flutes that produce a finer surface finish while reducing vibration and chatter during operation. This makes it particularly suitable for stainless steel, cast iron, hardened steels, and titanium alloys. The extended shank allows operators to reach deep cavities, narrow slots, and internal contours that standard-length burrs cannot access.

Ideal for mold finishing, weld dressing, deburring, and surface smoothing in shipyards, mold shops, and precision machining environments.
