Manufacturing Process
Material Selection & Cleaning: High-purity copper or other metal sheets are meticulously cleaned.
Photoresist Lamination: A light-sensitive film is applied to the metal.
Precision Exposure & Development: Using a digital phototool, the complex wick pattern and chamber outline are exposed and developed onto the metal.
Controlled Etching: The exposed areas are etched to form precise micro-channels, pillars, and cavity recesses with smooth, burr-free edges.
Stripping & Inspection: The photoresist is removed, and each component undergoes rigorous quality checks.
Assembly & Sealing (Client or Partner Integration): The etched plates are typically assembled (welded/bonded), evacuated, and filled with working fluid by our partners or as per client specifications to form the final vapor chamber.
