Chemical Etched Reel-to-Reel Etching Filter Mesh

Roll-to-roll etching is also known as continuous etching or rolling etching. It is a highly automated chemical etching method, suitable for flexible coils such as stainless steel coils and copper coils, and can realize continuous exposure and continuous etching of the entire coil.

Product Features

  • Etched roll-to-roll: By putting the whole roll of material into the machine for continuous processing, there is no need to cut the raw material from the first process to the final product. Due to the integrity of the material and the automatic consistency of the processing, the problem of damage in the production process of traditional plate etching materials is reduced, and the scrap rate is reduced while improving production efficiency.
  • The Etching roll-to-roll can meet the technological requirements of large volume and high-precision workpieces, and can realize various etching processing methods according to the technical requirements of user workpieces.
  • It can realize seamless connection with pre-processing automatic line and post-processing automatic process. Roll-to-roll continuous etching is very suitable for mass production. And due to the fully automated operation of the machine, compared with various uncertainties and changes in manual etching methods, the production process and product stability have been greatly improved. For customers with mass production needs, product quality stability is a crucial requirement. In this case, Etched roll-to-roll is an ideal processing method.

Roll-to-Roll Automatic Exposure Machine Features

  • The 8 independent CCDs are automatically moved by the motor without manual adjustment. (2 independent MASK alignment cameras with automatic image centering function. A camera that automatically stitches within the design range, double exposure camera.)
  • The 8 independent CCDs digital cameras ensure higher alignment accuracy.
  • The second exposure uses large typesetting (set engraving) and uses 4 cameras to align, with high productivity and good precision.
  • The light source adopts UVLED point light source + precision optical system, the machine generates very little heat, and the lamp life is longer (3 years).
