Etching Process

• Exposure: A digital photo-tool of the speaker grille pattern is UV-exposed onto the film.

• Development: Un-exposed film is washed away, revealing the exact pattern on the metal.

• Etching: Acid solution precisely dissolves exposed areas, forming holes and contours.

• Stripping: Remaining dry film is stripped away, leaving a clean, finished grille.
