Xinhaisen Technology provides high-precision EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) Shields manufactured using advanced chemical etching processes. These shielding components are designed to protect sensitive electronic devices from external electromagnetic radiation and prevent internal emissions from interfering with nearby systems. Chemical etching (also known as photo etching or chemical milling) is a subtractive manufacturing process that uses chemical solutions to selectively remove material from a metal sheet to create precision parts.
Key steps include:
Cleaning & Lamination: Metal sheet is cleaned and coated with photosensitive film.
Exposure & Development: UV light transfers the pattern onto the film.
Etching: Chemical solution dissolves exposed metal areas.
Stripping: Remaining film is removed, leaving a burr-free, stress-free part.
