Xinhaisen specializes in high-precision etched metal car speaker grilles. Using advanced photochemical etching, we produce burr-free, uniform mesh patterns for automotive audio systems. Our grilles are used in door speakers, dashboard tweeters, and subwoofer covers. Materials range from stainless steel to copper alloys, with thicknesses from 0.02mm to 1.5mm.
Material Preparation – Select coils/sheets (SUS304, 430, etc.).
Cleaning & Lamination – Apply dry film photoresist on both sides.
Exposure – UV transfer of speaker grille pattern (hex, round, slot).
Development – Remove unexposed resist to open pattern areas.
Etching – Spray etchant simultaneously from both sides for precision.
Strip & Inspect – Remove remaining resist; 100% optical inspection.
Key advantages: No tooling cost, no burrs, no stressed edges.
Burr-free & Flat – No secondary deburring needed.
High Open Area – Up to 85% for superior acoustic transparency.
Fine Details – Line width down to 0.015mm; hole diameter from 0.03mm.
