Manufacturing Process
Our filter meshes are produced using a state-of-the-art precision etching process. This involves:

  • Material Selection & Cleaning: Choosing high-quality metal sheets (such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, or specialty alloys) and preparing them with thorough cleaning.

  • Photoresist Lamination: Applying a light-sensitive film to the metal surface.

  • Exposure & Development: Using a precise phototool to expose the desired mesh pattern and then developing it to remove unexposed resist.

  • Chemical Etching: Immersing the panel in controlled etchant solutions to selectively remove metal, forming precise and burr-free openings.

  • Stripping & Finishing: Removing the remaining resist, followed by cleaning, plating, or other surface treatments as required.
