Manufacturing Process
Our automotive speaker mesh is brought to life through a meticulous photo chemical machining or etching process that ensures precision without mechanical stress.

  • Material Preparation & Cleaning
    Raw metal coils such as Stainless Steel or Aluminum are cut to size and thoroughly cleaned to remove surface impurities.
  • Laminating & Exposure
    The cleaned metal is laminated with a light-sensitive photoresist film. A CAD-designed tool with the desired mesh pattern is placed over the material and exposed to UV light, hardening the resist in the pattern areas.
  • Developing
    The unexposed photoresist is washed away, leaving the metal exposed in the areas that will become the holes.
  • Etching
