Our stainless steel etched meshes are produced using advanced chemical etching technology, ensuring exceptional accuracy, consistency, and quality. Manufacturing Process
Material Selection: High-grade stainless steel sheets are selected based on customer specifications.
Cleaning & Coating: The material is thoroughly cleaned and coated with a photoresist layer.
Exposure & Development: A digital photomask is applied, and the design is transferred onto the coated surface via UV exposure.
Etching: The exposed areas are chemically etched to create precise patterns and openings.
Stripping & Finishing: The photoresist is removed, and the mesh undergoes cleaning, inspection, and surface treatment (if required).
Quality Control: Each piece is measured and inspected for dimensional accuracy and consistency.
