Manufacturing Process
Our filter meshes are produced through a sophisticated chemical etching process:
Cleaning & Preparation: The selected metal sheet is thoroughly cleaned.
Lamination: A light-sensitive photoresist is applied to the metal surface.
Exposure & Development: A precise photographic tool (photomask) of the mesh design is used to expose and develop the resist, creating a protective stencil.
Etching: The panel is exposed to a controlled chemical etchant, which removes exposed metal areas to form the mesh pattern with high fidelity.
Stripping & Finishing: The remaining resist is removed, and the mesh undergoes final cleaning, inspection, and optional post-processing (e.g., plating, annealing).
