Manufacturing Process
Our Metal Mesh is produced using state-of-the-art photochemical etching (also known as chemical milling or metal etching). The process involves:

  • Cleaning & Preparation: The selected metal sheet undergoes thorough cleaning.

  • Photoresist Lamination: A light-sensitive photoresist film is evenly applied.

  • Exposure & Development: The desired mesh pattern is transferred from a digital tool to the resist using UV exposure, then developed.

  • Precision Etching: The exposed metal areas are precisely dissolved using controlled chemical reagents, forming the mesh structure.

  • Stripping & Finishing: The remaining resist is removed, followed by meticulous cleaning, inspection, and any required secondary processing (e.g., plating, annealing).
