Manufacturing Process
We use state-of-the-art photochemical etching technology:
Material Cleaning – The selected metal sheet is thoroughly cleaned.
Coating – A photoresist layer is applied.
Exposure – UV light transfers the mesh pattern onto the material.
Developing – Unwanted resist is removed to expose etching areas.
Etching – Precision etching forms fine holes and patterns.
Stripping & Inspection – Resist is removed, and products are checked for quality.
