The mesh is produced using our advanced and precise chemical etching technology.
Material Cleaning: Metal sheets (such as stainless steel) are thoroughly cleaned.
Lamination: A light-sensitive photoresist is applied to the material.
Exposure & Development: The design pattern is transferred using UV light, and the unexposed resist is washed away.
Chemical Etching: The exposed metal areas are precisely etched away to form the mesh.
Stripping & Finishing: The remaining resist is removed, and the part undergoes quality inspection, cleaning, and any required surface treatment.
