Xinhaisen Technology manufactures high-performance chemically etched tread plates for industrial, automotive and architectural applications. Our precision etching process creates durable anti-slip surfaces with exacting dimensional accuracy while maintaining material integrity.
Manufacturing Process
Design & Tooling: Your CAD design is converted into a digital photo-tool—no expensive hard tooling needed.
Cleaning & Lamination: The metal sheet is cleaned and laminated with a light-sensitive photoresist film.
Exposure & Development: The photo-tool is used to expose and develop the precise pattern onto the metal.
Etching: The panel is sprayed with a chemical etchant that dissolves the exposed metal areas, forming the design.
Stripping & Finishing: The resist is removed. Parts are cleaned and undergo finishing (plating, painting, brushing, anodizing).
