We utilize advanced photochemical etching (PCE) to produce speaker covers with unparalleled consistency and design freedom.
Material Preparation: Select metal foils (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) are precision cleaned.
Photoresist Application: A uniform layer of photosensitive resist is laminated onto the material.
Pattern Imaging: The intricate acoustic pattern and brand logo (if applicable) are digitally imaged onto the resist using UV light.
