We utilize advanced photochemical etching (also known as chemical milling) to produce these speaker grilles. This precise, stress-free process involves:
Cleaning & Preparation: The selected metal sheet is thoroughly cleaned.
Photoresist Lamination: A light-sensitive photoresist film is applied.
Exposure & Development: The desired mesh pattern is transferred from a digital tool to the metal using UV light, then developed.
Chemical Etching: The exposed areas are precisely etched away, forming the intricate mesh openings.
Stripping & Finishing: The remaining resist is removed. Additional post-processing (cleaning, plating, anodizing, or coating) is applied as required.
