The production process of chemically etching PCHE Plates


1) Material selection (stainless steel/titanium);

2) Surface cleaning;

3) Photoresist coating and UV masking to define flow channel patterns;

4) Exposing and Developing;

5) Chemical etching to dissolve exposed areas;

6) Post-processing (resist removal, residue neutralization);

7) Quality inspection.
