STT50B 1800W Electric Pipe Threading Machine 1/2"-2"

The SUNTECHMACH STT50B electric pipe threading machine is designed for on-site threading, cutting and reaming of 1/2"-2" (Φ13-Φ50) steel pipe — covering the most common pipe sizes in plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical conduit installation. Powered by an 1800W PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous) motor, it delivers high torque with remarkably low noise. Dual speeds (20/40 RPM) let operators switch between precise heavy-wall threading and fast production threading. The quick-open die head accepts HSS dies for long service life, and both manual and self-opening die heads are available.

Operation Guide

1. Setup — Place the machine on level ground; connect to a grounded power supply (voltage per nameplate).
2. Pipe clamping — Insert the pipe through the chuck; tighten rear chuck first, then front chuck, to fix the pipe firmly.
3. Threading — Select the correct die head and dies for the pipe size; lock the die head; start the motor; feed the die head to the pipe and engage threading (low gear for heavy-wall pipe, high gear for standard pipe).
4. Cutting / Reaming — Use the cutter frame and chamfering device for cutting and reaming operations.
5. After operation — Stop the motor, reverse the die head, loosen the chucks and remove the pipe. Clean the die head and lubricate as per the manual.
