The SUNTECHMACH STT80 is a 3-inch electric pipe threading machine built for high-volume pipe threading on site. A 900W motor drives the ductile-iron die head at 24/11 rpm, and the supplied chaser set covers 1/2"-3/4", 1"-2" and 2-1/2"-3" with NPT or BSPT threads (choose one). The machine comes with a heavy-duty tripod stand, English instruction manual, threading oil, die head, chaser set and tool kit, and is packed in a wooden case for export.

Operation Guide

Mount the machine on the heavy-duty tripod stand and level it.
Select the chaser set for the pipe size and install the die head.
Mount the pipe in the chuck and secure it.
Start the motor (24/11 rpm) and apply threading oil.
Feed the die head to cut the thread (NPT or BSPT).
Stop, retract and check the finished thread.
