Automatic Tape In & Tape Out System
Fully compatible with standard tape-and-reel packaged ICs to realize complete automatic tape processing workflow. The machine automatically feeds raw carrier tape with blank ICs before programming, and sequentially packs finished chips back into empty tape reels once programming is completed. It supports long-term unattended unmanned operation without frequent manual feeding and collecting, greatly cutting labor costs and reducing human error in mass production lines.
Powerful Production Capacity & Customizable Programming Stations
Boasts a maximum stable throughput of 3500UPH (units per hour). Standard configuration comes with 6 independent programming stations, while customers can freely select 1 to 6 stations according to their actual production volume demands. Built-in intelligent sorting mechanism automatically distinguishes qualified OK chips and defective NG chips during operation, separating them into different receiving tape reels to prevent mixed good and bad products.
Ultra-High Pick-and-Place Precision & User-Friendly Operation
Adopts high-precision servo pick-and-place module with stable positioning accuracy, effectively avoiding IC offset, tilting or dropping during handling. Equipped with intuitive human-machine touch screen interface with visualized operation steps. The control logic is simplified and straightforward; operators can master full machine operation quickly without long-period complicated professional training, lowering the threshold for new staff.
Stable Continuous Operation & Comprehensive IC Protection
Optimized mechanical transmission and damping structure ensure smooth low-vibration running for 24-hour continuous mass production. Multiple anti-collision and anti-static protection designs are integrated to effectively prevent scratch, pin bending, static breakdown and other physical damage to delicate IC chips, lowering product reject rates significantly.
Automatic Production Data Logging & Full Traceability Function
Real-time automatic recording, counting and statistical analysis of all production data including total output, OK quantity, NG quantity, programming failure types and running duration. All generated records can be exported and stored for long-term backup, supporting full production process traceability, quality inspection tracking and standardized factory production management.
