The KR82-2500R is a high-precision automatic tray IC programming machine designed for tray in, tray out mass production. It features 8 programming stations, 2 vacuum nozzles, and a linear motor on the X-axis, delivering 2500 UPH with ±0.03mm placement accuracy.

This model supports a wide range of IC packages including SOP, QFN, BGA, and QFP. The manual tray loading system includes one feeding tray and one supplementary tray – simple to operate, easy to maintain.

The KR82-2500R works seamlessly with most offline programmers and is ideal for IC solution providers, SMT lines, and programming service centers that need high-precision tray programming at a reasonable price.
