The KR42-2500REV is an electric-driven automatic tray IC programming machine – no air compressor or gas source required. Simply plug into a standard AC220V outlet and start programming.
This model features 4 programming stations, 2 vacuum nozzles, and a linear motor on the X-axis, delivering 2500 UPH with ±0.03mm placement accuracy. It supports a wide range of IC packages including QFP, QFN, SOP, and BGA.
The machine works seamlessly with most offline programmers and is ideal for R&D labs, small-batch production, and facilities without compressed air lines.
Electric vs. Pneumatic: The KR42-2500REV uses an electric actuator to open and close the programming socket – no air needed. All other specifications (precision, speed, stations, software) are identical to our pneumatic version. Choose electric for easy setup, or pneumatic if you already have an air source. Both deliver the same reliable performance.
