This is our KA2000 Tray and Tape Integrated IC Programming Machine, a high-efficiency automatic device designed for mass IC programming production. It supports ICs supplied in both tape & reel and tray packaging, delivering great flexibility for various production demands.
Main Features & Advantages
1.Four Working Modes Available
It realizes four flexible operating modes: tape in & tape out, tape in & tray out, tray in & tray out, tray in & tape out. Programming for different IC packages becomes extremely convenient.
2.High-precision Configuration
Equipped with 12 programming stations and upper & lower CCD visual alignment system to ensure accurate positioning. An optional dotting function is also available to meet your marking requirements.
3.Easy Socket Replacement & Strong Compatibility
Adopts drop-in programming sockets for simple operation. The machine can be fitted with up to 8 programming sockets (socket size depends on IC dimension).
For ICs of the same brand but different packages: only replace the sockets.
For ICs of different brands: just change the programmer and sockets.
It greatly shortens model changeover time and boasts excellent equipment compatibility.
4.Optional Multi-color Dotting & Marking
The dotting function can be configured for tape output. We provide dots in red, blue, yellow, green and orange for chip identification and classification.
5.MES System Integration
This machine is compatible with MES system, realizing intelligent production management and data tracking for modern production lines.
