The 3M Mini D Ribbon (MDR) Cable Assembly is a high-speed digital data transmission system designed for 26-position applications. It is specifically engineered to support Industrial CameraLink for camera to frame grabber communications, making it ideal for automated imaging systems. This assembly features 11 shielded twin-ax pairs and four drain wires, with the entire cable bundle shielded by foil and braid for enhanced signal protection. It utilizes rugged MDR ribbon type contacts and thumbscrew retention for secure connections. The EMI shielded junction shell is available in plastic or overmolded construction.
