Product Features:
We adopt high-performance compressor condensing units to support the refrigeration, fresh-keeping and freezing functions of the cold room, realizing efficient and stable cooling operation. To guarantee optimal performance, we select corresponding condensing units based on the specific size and target temperature of different cold rooms, and the whole system is safe, stable and highly reliable.
Assembly and installation of the cold room are extremely hassle-free. Each modular insulation panel is printed with a special unique number and designed with built-in cam locks. Users can easily splice and lock all panels firmly as per the number marks, and then carry out simple sealing treatment with silicon at the panel gaps. After installing the base, wall panels, door and roof in sequence, the entire cold room installation is completed.
Boasting remarkable fast freezing capability, this cold room can freeze fresh products thoroughly in just 4 to 6 hours, effectively locking in nutrition and freshness for all kinds of materials.
Our cold room panels are made of high-pressure foamed polyurethane material, with a standard density of 42 kg/m³, paired with double-sided color steel sheets thicker than 0.5 mm. The built-in cam lock structure not only makes installation easier, but also enhances the overall sealing and thermal insulation performance, prolonging the service life of the cold room.
The cold room is configured with a fully automatic intelligent control system, which integrates multiple practical functions including adjustable temperature setting, precise constant temperature maintenance and automatic defrosting, realizing accurate temperature control and efficient energy-saving operation.
