SD80 series Sugar Cone Baking Machine is a kind of machine which controlled by PLC,with complete automatization ,high capacity and stable performance.It is very popular all over the world.
Quick Detail
The stirred dough is sent to the baking plate bottom plate by the blanking pump, and the panel of the baking plate is automatically closed, and the dough cake is shaped according to the thickness of the set cake, and then the rotating plate is turned into a baking plate. It is baked in an oven consisting of upper and lower fire nozzles. After baking, the noodle paste has become a dough cake. The robot cake accurately feeds the dough cake into the roll mold and rolls it into a finished product. The finished product is delivered.
Sugar Cone Baking Machine Feature
1.The machine is suitable for making ice cream wafer cones. Cone degree, weight, thickness and pattern spacing customized according to customer demand.
2.The ice cream cone making machine can produce ice cream cones with large production, one hour can make 3500-4000 pcs, other models can meet different customers’ demand.
3.The main part of this machine made by the high quality stainless steel 304, such as top cover, machine shell, etc.
Process:
1. The stirred dough is delivered to the baking pans by the slurry pump.
2. The upper and lower plates of the baking plate are automatically closed, and the cakes are baked according to the preset thickness of the cakes.
3. When the baking plate turned to the position of the manipulator(it has been baked already), and the manipulator absorbs baked cake sends them to the forming mold.
4. The forming mold rolls the cake into a cone shape, and then sends it to the conveyor belt for the arrangement
