Step-by-Step Production Process

Phase-1: Batter Dosing & Spreading

Pre-mix raw ingredients (flour, sugar, lecithin, water, etc.) is depositing onto pre-heated baking plates. The plate closes to compress batter into a uniform wafer sheet.

Phase-2: Controlled Thermal Baking

The baking plates travels through a enclosed oven loop. Gas burners cook the wafer at 160°-180° for a precisely timed cycle (cooking time is controllable, depends on cone size and weight).

Phase-3: Mechanical Stripping & Rolling
