The CMT826X is a high-performance, six-channel digital isolator utilizing silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation to provide up to 5.7kVrms isolation voltage. The device offers up to six forward or three backward channels, with configurable default output states for signal loss scenarios. Engineered for low power consumption, high electromagnetic immunity, and low radiation, the CMT826X series is available in both SOIC-16 wide and narrow body packages.
