The CMT826X series are high-performance, six-channel digital isolators utilizing SiO2 isolation technology, offering up to 5.7kVrms isolation voltage. Designed for communication between different power domains, they prevent noise currents from affecting sensitive local ground or circuitry. These isolators feature up to six forward or three bidirectional channels. Depending on the model (CMT826X1 or CMT826X0), they default to a high or low output state upon loss of input power or signal. The series boasts enhanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) with low power consumption, low radiation, and system-level ESD, EFT, and surge immunity, meeting stringent compliance requirements. Available in both wide and narrow SOIC-16 packages.
