The KLM305X series is a random-phase TRIAC photocoupler designed for interfacing electronic controls with power TRIACs. It consists of a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon random phase photo TRIAC. This device is suitable for controlling resistive and inductive loads for 115 to 240 V AC operations, offering high isolation voltage and a compact dual-in-line package. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, meeting EU REACH regulations.
