Q1:What is a fully automatic coffee machine ?
A:The machine supports automatic coffee production and self-payment. It supports 7 raw materials, including coffee beans, tea and 5 kinds of powder. It can produce up to 20 kinds of drinks and can operate 24 hours without specialguard.
 
Q2:What is the occupied area of the machine?
Answer:Covering an area of about 0.5㎡.
 
Q3:What are the differences between commercial coffee machines and domestic coffee machines?
A:Commercial coffee machines have a life of 125,000 cups, more than three times as long as ordinary European brand household machines.The quality and stability of commercial coffee machines are far superior to those of household machines.

A:The parts in contact with water and food (such as boilers, pumps, boxes, brewers, etc.) inside the machine are all
provided with NSF certification and purchased overseas from Germany and Italy.
 
Q5:Does the machine have the function of making tea?
A:At present, our company's machine has its own tea brewer, which can brew black tea and so on. It can directly place tea brewing. Tea brewer is the only manufacturer in China that can be developed and manufactured. It is a patent for

A:According to customer requirements, color can be customized, but need to consider the number, can be sprayed rose gold, etc.Question:How many cups does the machine hold? Answer:The cup barrel supports loading 300 cups at a time. For the Chinese market, it currently supports large cups with a caliber of 90 mm. Small cups are also available upon request.
 
Q9:What are the payment methods for machines?
A:The machine supports Wechat and Alipay electronic payment, and is also the company's standard function. In view of the absence of electronic payment in overseas markets, our company can also provide spare parts banknote module and coin change. At the same time, the company can also support customized functions, such as campus card payment, quick pass and other functions.

A:External tap water is supported, but filters need to be installed.
 
Q12:Are the core parts of the machine made in China or imported from abroad?
A12:The mature coffee machine technology countries mainly in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, the commercial market is completely different from the home market.Our company adopts domestic design and overseas manufacture. All core components (such as grinder, brewer, boiler, water pipes, joint, relief valve, pump) are used in Germany and Italy. The cost is relatively high, but the quality can be guaranteed.
 
Q13:Why are many domestic commercial coffee machines much cheaper than MACAS?
A:At present, many domestic manufacturers use household coffee machines as commercial coffee machines. Most of the components are non-food grade requirements.Coffee is brewed under high temperature and pressure. Non-food grade requirements can easily cause the decomposition of chemical substances in beverages, which is quite harmful to
human body.
 
Q14:What's the power consumption of the machine?
A:At present, most of the machines are in standby state. The power consumption per hour is 80W. One kilowatt-hour electricity can make 30 cups of coffee. Only when making products, the boiler will heat and consume a little more electricity.Question:How long does it take for the machine to make coffee?Answer:It takes 35
to 40 seconds to make a cup of pure coffee. Cappuccino milk lasts a little longer, about a minute.Question:Is the machine equipped with ice making function?Answer:The machine supports iced coffee but needs to add an ice making module inside the machine.
