Notes:
All test data is reference to 25 ambient.
Irms: DC current (A) that will cause an approximate T of 40.
Isat: DC current (A) that will cause L0 to drop approximately 30%.
Operate between temperature range -55 to +125.
The part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 125 under worst case operating conditions.
The rated current as listed is either the saturation current or the heating current depending on which value is lower.
Storage Conditions: Temperature 5 40C, Humidity 10 75%RH or less, within 6 months.
General Usage Notes:
Preheating is required before soldering.
Temperature difference between preheating and soldering temperature, and chip temperature should be within 150C.
Soldering correction after installation should be within the specified conditions in the procurement specification.
Excessive heating may cause short circuits, performance degradation, or reduced lifespan.
Avoid applying residual stress to the chip due to deformation of the printed circuit board or fastening points.
Ensure sufficient thermal design margin, as the device generates heat during operation.
For magnetic shielded types, pay attention to coil placement during substrate design.
Avoid using or storing in corrosive gas environments (salt, acid, alkali, etc.).
Prevent static electricity discharge by using an anti-static wrist strap.
Do not place the product near magnets or magnetic objects.
Use within the range specified in the procurement specification.
