The Magnetic Glue Inductor CKCS8060 Series is designed with ferrite cores and a magnetic-resin shielded construction, significantly reducing buzz noise to ultra-low levels. Featuring metallized electrodes on the magnetic core for excellent shock resistance and a closed magnetic circuit design to minimize leakage flux, this series is ideal for applications in smart phones, smart TVs, notebooks, netcom, security, video equipment, set-top boxes, DVD players, and LED lighting.
All test data is referenced to 205, 60%~80%RH ambient.
Isat: DC current (A) that will cause L to drop approximately 30%.
Irms: DC current (A) that will cause an approximateT of 40.
CKCS8060-470uH~680uH Absolute maximum voltage: DC 100V.
Do not place this product near magnets or objects with magnetic force.
Avoid storing the product in unsuitable environments such as high temperature, high humidity, dusty, or corrosive environments.
The product will self-heat due to power-on; ensure sufficient margin in thermal design.
Consider the installation position of non-magnetic shielded components during PCB design to avoid failures caused by magnetic interference.
Use an anti-static wrist strap as human static electricity can be transmitted to the ground wire.
Grease on human hands may decrease solderability; avoid direct contact with terminals.
Excessive bending of terminals can lead to disconnection.
The product is sensitive to direct impact, which may cause damage or breakage of the magnetic core.
When potting or gluing, be aware of potential stress on the magnetic core or plastic skeleton, and check for degradation of insulation layers, plastic skeletons, or glue. Potting materials can also alter high-frequency characteristics.
For alloy or non-coated products, surface rust may occur in humid environments but will not affect characteristics.
